Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in the construction industry to support our growing project portfolio. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating field operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and supporting our site teams with the tools and information they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with Consultants and other third parties on RFP, RFQ’s and addressing issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide support and coordination to the project team during development, preconstruction and construction phase.
  • Develop and review tender packages for various trade scopes and include any pertinent information and ensure the lessons learned have been incorporated into the scope of work.
  • Participate in project meetings with consultants, trades, and the construction management team and update meeting minutes when assigned.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
  • Assist with the coordination of development/planning documents and processes.
  • Assist with the submission for permits.
  • Produce and process purchase requisitions and invoices for all projects when requested.
  • Budget tracking through excel and manage documents for each individual project.
  • Organize and manage existing filing system

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Construction Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of construction or facilities project coordination experience.
  • Ability to cultivate positive and effective relationships and communications with stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs. Strong ability with Excel is essential.
  • Self-motivated, curious, responsive, and results-driven.
  • Strong teamwork, decision & problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret design and construction related documents.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
